About Us

Hanover Woods is a beautiful community of seventy three 1+ acre lots located on both sides of Markham Woods Road in Lake Mary, Florida, Seminole County. All homes were custom built with 2-3 garage and built between 1981 and 1988.

The Homeowners Association is a mandatory deed restrictive community.  It has a natural lake, and natural Florida wildlife including deer, bears and foxes.

  1. I-4 East, Exit Lake Mary Blvd West
  2. West on Lake Mary Blvd, 2.0 miles to Markham Woods Road
  3. North on Markham Woods Road 0.75 miles to Greentree Lane
  4. Turn into Hanover Woods East or West off of Markham Woods Road
